Formação em Engenharia Industrial, Civil, Mecânica, Elétrica, de Produção ou áreas correlatas
Experiência mínima de 3 a 5 anos em projetos de operação e manutenção (O&M), preferencialmente em concessões, infraestrutura ou serviços públicos
Conhecimento de contratos de concessão ou PPPs será considerado um diferencial
Perfil analítico, metódico e com boa capacidade de trabalho em equipe e comunicação
Domínio avançado de Excel e ferramentas de análise técnico-econômica
Desejável nível intermediário ou avançado de inglês (outros idiomas também serão valorizados)

Responsibilities

Analisar editais, contratos e especificações técnicas para identificar requisitos, riscos e oportunidades-chave
Participar da elaboração e revisão de propostas técnicas e econômicas, tanto para novos projetos quanto para ampliações ou renovações
Colaborar na preparação de modelos de custos operacionais da concessionária, custos de O&M e estimativas de investimento (CAPEX/OPEX)
Coordenar-se com diferentes áreas internas (engenharia, jurídica, financeira, operações) e parceiros externos durante o desenvolvimento de propostas
Prestar suporte técnico na gestão dos ativos existentes, incluindo análise de KPIs, planos de manutenção e cumprimento contratual
Apoiar estudos de viabilidade técnica e econômica, análises de sensibilidade e estruturação de cenários
Elaborar relatórios, apresentações e documentação de suporte para a tomada de decisão
