Requirements

Hold an MBA
Significant management consulting, strategy, or similar experience with at least one year in a project manager role, preferably with a premier consulting firm or in a strategy group
7-10 years of work experience, including pre-MBA experience; consulting, strategy, or financial services industry experience is a plus
Demonstrated interest or experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the intermediary and institutional space
Outstanding analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management, and problem-solving capabilities
Flexibility and skill to lead and contribute to teams
Experience with project and team management, specifically including strategy development, evaluation of new products and services, and business transformation
Understanding and knowledge of the financial intermediary and institutional industry, including industry dynamics, client needs, emerging trends, new products or solutions, and competitive landscape
Understanding of key intermediary and institutional activities including investment sales, capital markets, advisor solutions, and go-to-market strategies
Ability to synthesize analysis and research into strategic insights and practical recommendations, including strategic analysis, financial analysis, operational analysis, and primary/secondary research
Capable of influencing middle to senior management through personal interactions and creation/delivery of presentations
Ability to assess risk and operationalize findings, turning research into actions
Proficient in quantifying challenges and requirements related to execution
Driver of decisions in complex environments with multiple partners
Skilled in building relationships with peers and executives
Desire to work with people development and mentoring
