Position Overview

TetraScience is seeking an elite Engagement Leader for key accounts in the EMEA region. This role is responsible for driving renewal numbers, ensuring the success of implementation delivery, and maximizing value realization for customers. A key aspect of this position involves close collaboration with Account Executives and Pre-sales TAMs to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be an uncompromising, results-driven leader capable of delivering scientific and operational value and expanding our customer base as the platform evolves with new SKUs and personas.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Customer-centric with the ability to anticipate needs and navigate customer hierarchies within the high-inertia Life Sciences industry.
  • Must embody the principles of extreme ownership.
  • Demonstrated history of building and leading high-performing delivery or engagement teams.
  • Proven experience managing critical activities of delivery teams and consistently delivering complex data solutions in challenging scenarios.
  • Top-tier communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories and navigate difficult situations.
  • Acts as a forward-deployed captain to ensure customer success regardless of obstacles or friction.
  • Requires extreme self-discipline and determination, as this role is part of a category creation and evangelism phase.

What You Have Done

  • 7+ years in delivery leadership roles within the Life Sciences software and data market.
  • Expertise in at least two of the following areas:
    • Discovery/Early-Stage Development
    • Late-Stage Development/CMC
    • Manufacturing/QC
  • 3+ years in management consulting.
  • Experience working in startup environments.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to successfully deploy solutions within the top 250 bio/pharma companies.
  • Experience delivering complex enterprise deals with ARR ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions.
  • Experience expanding customer land deals with ACV ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions.
  • Evidenced strong program leadership skills, including navigating difficult periods with delivery teams.
  • Experience delivering solutions within GxP-compliant areas.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring Engagement, Project, Program, and/or Customer Success Managers.
