Requirements

Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., environmental science, engineering, information systems management, or similar), or equivalent work experience
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel
Excellent personal accountability and organization, including ability to balance competing priorities
Ability to troubleshoot problems involving formulas or complex data sets independently
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in working in a mission-driven and collaborative team environment
Preference for prior energy industry and/or technical experience (e.g., knowledge of energy efficient technologies or ability to read/write simple code snippets)

Responsibilities

Enabling the implementation of a suite of energy efficiency and electrification programs through launching and monitoring low-code solutions on Energy Solutions’ proprietary software platforms
Tackling a variety of implementation responsibilities for a large energy efficiency program operating in California: claim processing, outreach support, and/or engineering support
Translating a variety of energy program and equipment details from nontechnical to technical audiences, and vice versa
Conducting user acceptance testing on behalf of web application users
Providing technical support to peers in nontechnical roles, primarily by working with internal clients to debug, reproduce, document, and fix problems on production web application systems
