Requirements

  • Microsoft Windows Certification
  • Basic working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID
  • Basic networking knowledge, DNS, DHCP, VPN
  • Capable to solve basic user level calls on Microsoft Windows, Office 365 related issues
  • Troubleshoot wired and wireless network related issues
  • Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing)
  • 2-year relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune

Responsibilities

  • Attending end user level technical calls / following IT ticketing portal
  • Installation of Windows OS, and preparing new desktops and laptops ready with standard applications
  • Troubleshooting Laptop/desktop hardware issues and software applications on Windows and MacOS
  • Coordinating with OEMs/Vendors related to hardware and software issues of Desktops/Laptops/Servers etc
  • Software and Hardware Inventory/Asset management
  • Configuring MS O365 clients and troubleshoot relevant issues
  • Provide end user support, physical and remotely
  • Ready to work in 24/7 shifts in hybrid environment
  • Preparing daily reports
  • Understand and follow SEZ rules and regulations
