Requirements

8–12 years in EUC/endpoint management, with at least 3 years in an architect role
Technical expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, MECM), Autopilot, Windows Update for Business
Expertise in VDI technologies (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon)
Expertise in macOS and mobile device management (Jamf, Apple DEP, Android Enterprise)
Expertise in security tools (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, ASR rules)
Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI, VPN/ZTNA, FSLogix, scripting (PowerShell)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Certifications (preferred): Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Enterprise Administrator Expert, or equivalent
Soft skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Key competencies: Strategic thinking with hands-on technical depth, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the EUC architecture roadmap aligned with business and IT strategies
Develop high-level and low-level designs for EUC platforms (Windows, macOS, mobile, VDI)
Lead design and governance for Intune, MECM, Autopilot, and related endpoint management tools
Oversee VDI solutions (AVD, Citrix, or Horizon) and remote access technologies
Implement and maintain security baselines, Conditional Access, and compliance policies
Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements
Govern application packaging and distribution pipelines (Win32/MSIX/Jamf)
Drive automation, self-service, and DEX (Digital Employee Experience) improvements
Partner with Security, Network, and Application teams to ensure integrated solutions
Maintain architecture standards, SOPs, and runbooks
Participate in CAB and governance forums
