Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Relevant experience in overseeing assembly and testing operations for complex systems is required, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.
The End of Line Supervisor will oversee the final assembly, testing, and quality assurance of autonomous surface vessels. They will coordinate end-of-line activities to ensure timely completion and compliance with specifications. The supervisor will lead the final system integration and implement rigorous testing processes. They will mentor a team of technicians, ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols, and continuously optimize processes for efficiency. Additionally, they will document all end-of-line activities and ensure compliance with DoD standards.
