Responsibilities

  • Identify EMR opportunities: Areas where EMR can enhance the Sales GTM strategy and deliver measurable value
  • Gather requirements: Align sponsor expectations and define clear objectives for program success
  • Collaborate with leaders: Partner with BU, Global Ops, and Finance leaders to drive alignment on strategy and execution
  • Coordinate workstreams: Oversee cross-functional collaboration across teams and the Channel ecosystem
  • Analyze data and track KPIs: Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize outcomes
  • Facilitate working sessions: Lead cross-functional discussions to address challenges and align stakeholders
  • Manage risks and alternatives: Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and recommend actionable alternatives
  • Define resources and tools: Determine resource, tool, and process needs to support execution
  • Lead pilots and implementation: Drive testing, pilots, and change management for seamless adoption
  • Develop documentation and content: Provide program materials and marketing assets to support communication
  • Deliver executive reporting: Ensure leadership has visibility into program progress and results
  • Defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives
  • Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop short-term (typically less than two years) business plans and supporting data-driven models
  • Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities
  • Ensures that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders
  • Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement
  • Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value
