Experience developing business strategy and translating business plan strategies into successful operational plans and driving execution

Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership & strategic advice to support & influence WW channel strategy initiatives, as well as development & evolution of existing programs
Representing geos specific market needs to enrich program development decisions with business rationale, competitive and market intelligence, ensuring global program standards, collecting & sharing best practices across the EMEA geos
Lead HPE Partner Ready Vantage program deployment in geos by supporting local geo channel teams & supporting functions to progress against plan, effectively communicating and resolving roadblocks, ensuring a global standard program execution based on common guidelines, processes and tools
Ensure smooth yearly program readiness, implementation, setup, compliancy management and where necessary – exception management to ensure predictability and compliance with planned contra budget in close alignment with geo teams
Support & coordinate readiness, deployment, training, and change management of key global initiatives in geos to build a world class, high performing sales organization, as well as further strengthen the value proposition for our channel that ensures HPE continues to have the best channel program in the industry
Active involvement in geo review meetings and regular engagement with the geo teams, ensuring tracking of program and sales best practices and proactively sharing across the geo teams
