Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience
  • Keen interest in events with the ability to form good working relationships at all levels and demonstrate a strong team focus
  • Experience working with CRM databases and data management tools (SalesForce preferred)
  • Knowledge of Event management platform (Zuddl preferably)
  • Experience with ON24 or similar platform
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to interact and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders within the business
  • Preferred
  • Undergraduate degree (or equivalent)
  • Experience in the Asset Management industry
  • Ability to interpret data, indicate trends and think strategically
  • Use of a marketing automation system
  • European language an advantage
  • Experience with Asset Management or other Investment company events

Responsibilities

  • Plan events of all sizes (from 15 to 100+), from simple activation to large flagship projects
  • Work closely with the EMEA marketing teams on various sponsored & hosted events
  • Support in the lead up to and on-the-day support of our key annual conferences in London and Frankfurt in September
  • Manage webinars and broadcast on ON24 (either live or simu-live): this includes market outlook, rapid response & ad-hoc webinars
  • Coordinate invitation process for webinars and hosted events (via AEM and Adobe campaign)
  • Work with investment product marketing team to create suite of comms associated with events (Save The Date, Invitations, Reminders, etc.), including digital and tablet friendly day-of content management
  • Ensure events materials are complied via our internal system (AdMaster)
  • Collaborate with in-house team of designers to create engaging, impactful, and on-brand assets
  • Produce post event reporting and budget reconciliation
  • Engage in systematic follow up process – gauging feedback, consistently evaluating and identifying areas for improvement
  • Be proactive in identifying and booking venues for bespoke events and be experienced in managing and negotiating venue contracts and price negotiations
  • Manage merchandise orders from our in-house store. Brief our preferred vendors for ad-hoc products
  • Provide consultation on event agendas
