Requirements

  • Degree qualified by September 2023 in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, General Engineering, Physics or Maths (or related)
  • Passion for engineering and electronics

  • Strong communication skills (to capture/interpret requirements, contribute to peer-review, deliver technical training)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with design teams to influence product testability from early development stages
  • Perform industrial validation of test stages in production lines
  • Conduct diagnostics and fault finding to support production
  • Design test-specific tooling and introduce test equipment to the factory environment
  • Develop test and measurement techniques
  • Develop new processes within the manufacturing system
  • Provide training to operators and engineers, including generating instruction documents
  • Ensure quality at every stage of production across electronics, electromechanical systems, radar, electro-optical sensors, and complex integrated systems
