Degree qualified by September 2023 in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, General Engineering, Physics or Maths (or related)
Passion for engineering and electronics
Affinity for problem solving (rational and creative)
Strong communication skills (to capture/interpret requirements, contribute to peer-review, deliver technical training)

Responsibilities

Work closely with design teams to influence product testability from early development stages
Perform industrial validation of test stages in production lines
Conduct diagnostics and fault finding to support production
Design test-specific tooling and introduce test equipment to the factory environment
Develop test and measurement techniques
Develop new processes within the manufacturing system
Provide training to operators and engineers, including generating instruction documents
Ensure quality at every stage of production across electronics, electromechanical systems, radar, electro-optical sensors, and complex integrated systems
