Requirements

  • Experience in Allen Bradley, Modicon, and Square D PLC logic programming
  • Experience in PLC programming using ladder logic
  • Electrical circuit troubleshooting skills to the component level
  • Experience in an industrial environment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, sketches, and schematics
  • Familiarity with related test equipment and three-phase 480V circuits
  • Experience with 480V and below, including low voltages
  • Ability to work self-guided and prioritize jobs
  • Good communication skills to relay equipment status and estimated repair times
  • Formal technical training in electronics
  • Ability to wear safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes, and other required PPE

Responsibilities

  • Perform all electrical diagnosis, maintenance, service, and repair of electrical and electronic equipment on assigned shift
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform tasks in a safe manner
  • Repair, install, and troubleshoot commercial industry machinery, robotics, plumbing, and/or physical building structure
  • Maintain 5S standards
  • Work safely and maintain a safe, clean work environment
  • Perform available work as required by the supervisor
  • Work overtime as needed
  • Take on additional assignments as requested by management
  • Weekly on-call duty (max 6 times per year)
