Secondary Diploma or equivalent required and 3-5 years experience in industrial/mechanical environment (water treatment experience preferred) - OR - Technical Degree with 2-3 years experience
Proficient in equipment installations and performing system analysis
Ability to work in a safety focused environment
Solid understanding of business, equipment, products/services, and account needs
Moderate level of independence and able to manage day-to-day needs of an account
Responsibilities
Providing technical support to current customers
Direct customer interaction in mid to large customer accounts
Providing recommendations for additional programs or process improvements
