Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance for all production equipment, including technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems
Assisting others with technical problems within the team, including production personnel
Assisting in the parts repair shop to rebuild and restore used parts to an “as-built” condition, adding to the annual cost avoidance total
Assisting with improvements to the maintenance systems (Preventative, Corrective, Predictive, and Spare Parts)
Assisting with technical projects for equipment retrofits and upgrades, and with revising or writing SOPs and shop repair instructions
Optimizing manufacturing equipment and processes to provide balanced gains in product quality, output, product yield, and cost reduction
Assisting with completing validation protocols
