Responsibilities

  • Full diagnosis of client needs (including short- and long-term), matching the bank's offer considering the appropriate financing structure
  • Scheduling meetings at the client's headquarters to understand the company's specifics
  • Supporting clients in starting a business activity
  • Presenting solutions to the client based on information from banking systems and using available tools
  • Providing information on the current offer of banking products and services
  • Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of client data in banking IT systems
  • Continuous and systematic registration of client contacts in the system
  • Offering and promoting banking products for clients from the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) segment
