  • Egresado universitario en Ing. Industrial, Administración, Economía, o carreras afines
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el área comercial, con conocimiento del canal farmacéutico y experiencia manejando cuentas claves
  • Conocimiento de Excel y Power Point a nivel intermedio avanzado

Responsibilities

  • Diseñar, negociar y ejecutar el Plan Comercial Anual en sus clientes a cargo
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas Sell In/Sell Out en sus cuentas asignadas
  • Analizar y negociar los Acuerdos Comerciales con el propósito de optimizar las condiciones comerciales y la rentabilidad del negocio
  • Identificar oportunidades de Negocio y ejecutar iniciativas de eficiencia en las cuentas encargadas
  • Asegurar la correcta disponibilidad y profundidad de los productos en los puntos de venta que correspondan
  • Manejo y seguimiento de KPIs de gestión operativa como Sell Out, Sell In, cobertura, ticket promedio, profundidad
  • Construir brand equity en el punto de venta educando al dependiente de farmacia, y al shopper a través de una comunicación efectiva de los beneficios y un plan de visibilidad potente de nuestras marcas
