  • Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week; center operates from 06:00 am to 08:00 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)

Responsibilities

  • Utilize appropriate sales techniques to encourage good customer relationships and enhance the buying experience
  • Apply customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and/or sell a variety of AT&T products or services to meet customers' needs
  • Provide customer service & billing support, solve any issues related to a customer’s account
  • Add new lines or services to accounts to help customers' business grow
  • Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customers' needs beyond just the resolution of the issue
  • Find a personalized solution that fits each customer, make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion etc.), and use resources to ensure complete resolution
  • Offer products including Telephone Services, hotspots and devices that connect with a network, DIRECTV, Internet, programs, and different types of systems for businesses
  • Handle types of sales: upgrades, package changes, adding new services, plan changes
