Responsibilities

Utilize appropriate sales techniques to encourage good customer relationships and enhance the buying experience
Apply customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and/or sell a variety of AT&T products or services (telephone services, hotspots, devices, DIRECTV, Internet, programs, and business systems) to meet customers' needs
Provide customer service & billing support, solve any issues related to a customer’s account
Add new lines or services to accounts to help customers’ businesses grow
Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customers’ needs beyond just issue resolution
Find personalized solutions that fit each customer (e.g., rate plan, reduce data usage, promotions) and use resources to ensure complete resolution
Perform types of sales including upgrades, package changes, adding new services, and plan changes
