Requirements

  • Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers
  • Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products
  • 1 year of sales experience (or excellent communication skills)
  • Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week; center operates from 06:00 am to 08:00 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)

Responsibilities

  • Utilize appropriate sales techniques to encourage good customer relationships and enhance the buying experience
  • Apply customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and/or sell a variety of AT&T products or services (telephone services, hotspots, devices, DIRECTV, Internet, programs, and business systems) to meet customers' needs
  • Provide customer service & billing support, solve any issues related to a customer’s account
  • Add new lines or services to accounts to help customers’ businesses grow
  • Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customers’ needs beyond just issue resolution
  • Find personalized solutions that fit each customer (e.g., rate plan, reduce data usage, promotions) and use resources to ensure complete resolution
  • Perform types of sales including upgrades, package changes, adding new services, and plan changes
