Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced digital media or performance marketing environment. Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail is required, along with comfort in a remote setting and strong communication and time management skills. Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, basic content formatting including light HTML, and basic SEO practices is necessary. An open mind towards AI in workflows and content creation is also required.

Responsibilities

The Editorial Assistant will support the FinanceBuzz team in producing high-quality SEO content, assisting with the daily publishing process by formatting posts, creating and adding visuals, and publishing content. Responsibilities include updating published content for accuracy, monetization, and SEO, updating internal tools with data, ensuring compliance requirements are met, assisting with documentation, fact-checking, and copyediting. The role involves working closely with the Editorial Team to improve skills and contributing to the growth of the FinanceBuzz brand.
