Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced digital media or performance marketing environment. A high level of comfort with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, basic content formatting including light HTML, and basic SEO practices is required. Familiarity with AI in workflows and an open mind towards its implementation are also necessary. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, comfort in a remote environment with strong communication and time management skills, and a high comfort level with learning new systems are essential.

Responsibilities

The Editorial Assistant will assist and support the FinanceBuzz editorial team in producing high-quality SEO content. Responsibilities include formatting posts, creating and adding visuals and HTML tables, publishing new content, and updating published content for accuracy, monetization, SEO, and reader experience. The role also involves updating data in internal tools, ensuring compliance requirements are met, assisting with documentation, fact-checking, copyediting, and collaborating with the Editorial Team to improve knowledge and skills.
