Requirements

5+ years relevant experience as a software engineer, focusing on building scalable, resilient, and accessible user-friendly web experiences
5+ years building complex products, expert in Angular/TypeScript, Nx
Strong enterprise software design/test automation, SDLC automation skills (Github Actions)
Familiar with objectives of modern frameworks like Angular and their core architectural principles
Significant experience in testing frameworks including Jest, Cypress, and Playwright
Strong understanding of reactive programming with RxJS
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and secure buy-in
Passionate about embracing AI/ML tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, and Windsurf, and shaping product/platform functionality with AI
Experience with Fintech products or the banking industry (a plus)
Experience in areas such as security, performance, and scalability

Responsibilities

Build responsive web applications using Angular and TypeScript that are clean, testable, scalable, and easily maintainable
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Managers, Experience Designers) to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Take full ownership of the Customer Support capability throughout its lifecycle, embodying a "you build it, you own it" mindset
Create a world-class platform user experience via web apps for operational teams and developers to manage integrations, agents, and administer the platform
