5+ years relevant experience as a software engineer, focusing on building scalable, resilient, and accessible user-friendly web experiences
5+ years building complex products, expert in Angular/TypeScript, Nx
Strong enterprise software design/test automation, SDLC automation skills (Github Actions)
Familiar with objectives of modern frameworks like Angular and their core architectural principles
Significant experience in testing frameworks including Jest, Cypress, and Playwright
Strong understanding of reactive programming with RxJS

Take full ownership of the Customer Support capability throughout its lifecycle, embodying a "you build it, you own it" mindset
Create a world-class platform user experience via web apps for operational teams and developers to manage integrations, agents, and administer the platform
