Candidates should possess at least 2 years of relevant virtual assistant or ecommerce support experience, demonstrating reliability, efficiency, and initiative. Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word is considered a plus, although training will be provided if needed.
The Ecommerce Virtual Assistant will manage daily administrative and ecommerce support tasks, assist with customer support and order processing, help coordinate and launch email campaigns using Klaviyo or Mailchimp, create simple social media posts, respond to basic inquiries, support product reviews and feedback management using Yotpo, update and manage products within Magento, and perform general VA tasks such as report generation, document formatting, and basic data entry.
