Responsibilities

  • Ensure continuous insight-driven development of the customer journeys and customer experiences in close collaboration with UX, CX, developer team, market, product and others
  • Operate, optimize and manage paid search channels, cost-effectively and in line with Telia's overall goals
  • Optimizing our smart data strategy based on our 1st party data, as well as coordinating, ordering and aligning segments that can be used in our digital marketing and sales channels
  • Follow up on results, analyze data, and use these insights for strategies, funnels, and testing
  • Contribute to CRO initiatives in various channels to optimize customer journeys and improve sales
  • Personalization based on large and sometimes complex segments
  • Being a key stakeholder in several cross-functional new and ongoing projects within the organisation
