Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or certifications like CFA or CIMA. A minimum of 5 years in financial analysis or strategic planning is required, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, SAP, Oracle, or similar tools, along with advanced English language skills and knowledge of NIQ process E2E, are essential. Strong analytical, results-oriented, leadership, team management, interpersonal, and communication skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Ecom Transformation Operations Lead will oversee the successful launch and ongoing operational effectiveness of global ecommerce products and processes, ensuring timely and qualitative execution of key initiatives and driving efficiency and scalability. Responsibilities include leading global ecommerce program launches, delivering on business case objectives, driving product roadmap execution, and ensuring compliance with the activation framework. The role also involves supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating with business-as-usual operations for smooth transitions, collaborating with quality assurance teams, working with transformational leads for successful rollouts, and assessing global stability across the coding ecosystem.
