Requirements

Candidates should possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members, an ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs, and the capacity to work both independently and with a team. Responsibilities

The Seasonal Guest Advocate will welcome and assist guests, provide tailored suggestions and solutions, and contribute to compelling visual merchandising presentations to inspire guests and build the basket. They will also focus on guest interaction and recovery to exceed service expectations, stock and set merchandise, and resolve guest questions quickly on the spot, while maintaining a focus on efficiency and teamwork to support business priorities and sales goals.
