Requirements

  • Experience proposing core systems, SaaS, or ITIL solutions
  • 10+ years of experience in business solutions, functional/technical consulting, or sales solutions
  • Business experience in the IT industry, particularly handling large-scale customers
  • Experience creating and proposing solution/product portfolios
  • Experience in solution sales or creating proposals
  • Knowledge and experience with IT products, services, competencies, solutions, and offerings
  • Knowledge and experience in business environments, industries, and competitors' products/services
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency and business conversational/writing English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Propose comprehensive solutions from business and technical perspectives, considering costs, contract terms, business situations, technical environments, resources, and constraints
  • Conduct POC/demos and demonstrations to CXO and senior IT executives to demonstrate how DXC's technology meets their needs, gaining understanding and trust
  • Lead on-site teams from the solution development stage, ensuring alignment between DXC's sales and customer's business strategy
  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance to pursuit teams, ensuring company-wide sales strategy aligns with customer's business strategy, delivering high-level operational strategies/solutions and pursuing profitability
  • Sell and implement technical solutions while ensuring customer executives (CXO) understand the purpose and benefits, enhancing customer's market competitiveness
  • Research existing industry/market best practices/trends, IT services, and alliance relationships; evaluate and verify if company's solutions/services meet customer needs
