They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, be detail-oriented and proactive, and have familiarity with industry trends, Amazon policies, and the broader e-commerce landscape.
The E-commerce Specialist will handle Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Central, fixing listings, managing feedback & reviews, creating posts, and opening cases, providing customer service, tracking and analyzing sales metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue, regularly reviewing and optimizing product listings on Amazon, monitoring and managing inventory levels, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
