Responsibilities

The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for selling the Fluentbe Smart Learning product through e-commerce channels, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. This includes monitoring customer feedback and needs, suggesting improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, creating automated messages and personalizing communication, managing the email database, and implementing actions to increase user convenience. They will also identify areas for improvement and advise on UX/UI best practices, contributing to a positive customer experience.
