Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or sales/marketing.
    • Focus on the language learning industry is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
    • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
    • Knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok).
    • Ability to design and optimize Customer Journey.
    • Experience with CX projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and analyze customer problems.
  • Feedback Analysis: Knowledge of tools for collecting and analyzing user feedback.
  • Industry Knowledge: Awareness of e-commerce trends and UX/UI best practices.
  • Language Skills: Business-level English proficiency.
  • Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, effectiveness, and self-reliance.

Responsibilities

  • Product Sales: Drive sales of Fluentbe Smart Learning through e-commerce and app stores (Apple App Store & Google Play Store).
  • Customer Feedback: Monitor customer opinions and needs, gather feedback, and propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction within e-commerce.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement actions to increase user convenience and satisfaction.
  • Automated Communication: Create automated messages and personalize customer communication.
  • Email Management: Manage the email database and effectively utilize it.
