  • Crisis management skills for major incidents, including coordination and communication

Responsibilities

  • Organize and prioritize RUN activities: supervise alerts, incidents, and problems
  • Serve as the reference point for incident diagnostics, impacts, and resolutions
  • Pilot and support the OPS team on technical and functional aspects
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate RUN activities and anticipate production impacts
  • Draft and maintain documentation (procedures, REX, resolution guides, etc.)
  • Implement and standardize OPS practices and service quality, monitor KPIs, and propose improvements
  • Evangelize service quality culture among business and technical teams
  • Intervene in analysis and resolution of major incidents, coordinating necessary resources and communication
  • Act as the relay for the Service Manager
  • Ensure optimal service quality, high reactivity to incidents, risk anticipation, platform reliability, and contribution to crisis situations
