Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 2 years of experience in a client or customer service-oriented position and general office experience. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic audio/visual troubleshooting. Candidates must be team players, able to work flexible hours including weekends, and possess a reliable internet connection and a computer capable of running Windows 7 or higher in a distraction-free remote workspace. Experience with collaborative technologies is also required or the ability to quickly become proficient.

Responsibilities

The Livestream Operations Coordinator will set up and close out online sessions by creating Zoom links and LMS sessions, processing recordings, and pulling completion reports. They will provide technical and administrative support, including maintaining instructional materials, performing pre-checks, resolving student issues, and logging into the livestreaming application. Responsibilities also include managing attendance, verifying IDs, communicating with students via email, and introducing presenters. The coordinator will monitor online sessions, collaborate with instructors to resolve issues, enforce policies, maintain chat logs, and provide technical support. They will also maintain clear communication with various teams, seek process improvements, and adopt Livestream Operations Success Criteria.
