Requirements

4 to 20 years of hands-on technical working experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting different Dynatrace components
Dynatrace Associate Certified (Latest)
2+ years of hands-on technical working experience in managing Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, K8s, Containers)
2+ years of technical understanding of the nuances involved in various operating system environments (Windows, Linux, AIX), Application Servers (WebSphere, Tomcat) and databases (Oracle, MS SQL)
2+ years of technical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, network devices & protocols and their impact on web performance
Experience in IT applications support, ITIL processes
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively across time zone, culture, and organization boundaries to do whatever is needed to resolve operational issues (US, Europe, and Asia)
Good to have skills
