Responsibilities

アフターサービス体制・プラン設計の企画・構築（0→1、1→100の両面）
サービス品質向上のためのマニュアルや運用プロセスの仕組みづくり
点検データの分析を通じた改善提案（予防保全プログラムの強化など、長期的な安定稼働の実現）
最先端のロボットシステム点検に伴う工数見積もり作成、及び顧客とのスケジュール調整
現地での点検・メンテナンス作業（ハード・ソフト両面の確認）
“現場でしか気づけない不具合”の真因を追うトラブルシューティング
顧客からの技術問い合わせ対応（リモートサポート、現地対応）
必要に応じたハードウェア・ソフトウェアのアップデート・修正
開発/営業チームへ、お客様の声をダイレクトにフィードバックし、プロダクト改善を推進
