The position is based at Tokyo headquarters with flextime (core time 10am-3pm). It involves on-site work with outstation frequency of 2-3 days per week as day trips or 1-night 2-day trips depending on the area.
Required skills include maintenance experience with industrial equipment, robots, FA machines, or automation systems; customer support experience; and problem-solving and logical thinking abilities. Business-level Japanese proficiency is also mandatory.

Strong candidates have hands-on maintenance experience in industrial automation, customer-facing skills, and a proactive mindset for troubleshooting and process improvements. Experience in robotics setup, PLCs, sensors, or site work in factories/warehouses is highly welcomed.
