Responsibilities

Work closely with building/office management teams to ensure Monzonauts are engaged, working effectively, and the office is a delightful and safe place
Oversee local site moves and associated logistics
Welcome new starters by making their first day magical and ensuring they have all necessary information for success
Listen and respond to feedback from the office-based team, using data to improve processes and documentation for better office experience
Be responsible for all on-site health and safety and environmental reporting
Facilitate events, socials, and perks in the office, ensuring consistency with office teams
Support EU leadership team and People team for smooth onboarding up to day one, including right to work checks
