The job requires a technician with experience in Downstream Processing (DSP), specifically in the production of recombinant products using automated production equipment. Candidates should be able to support compliance, planning, material management, change control, investigations, CAPA, and operational excellence. Experience with transfers, new line design/commissioning, qualification, and validation is also necessary. Technical skills in managing sterile materials, performing microbiological testing, and adhering to BPF (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards are essential.
As a DSP Technician, the individual will execute DSP production steps for clinical lots under supervision, participate in technology transfers, manage material receipts and lot labeling requests, perform QC analysis and report non-conformities, handle internal shipments and maintain cleanroom environments, participate in line clearances, assemble and manage sterile equipment, perform routine microbiological testing, train new technicians, assist with equipment validation and maintenance, conduct sampling, support equipment preparation and decontamination, assist with particulate monitoring, attend necessary meetings, implement 5S policies, ensure safety and biosafety compliance, and report project progress.
