Requirements

Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
Licensed as a PHARMACIST in Arizona, Florida, Ohio, or Texas
Reside and plan to work within the state of Arizona, Florida, Ohio, or Texas
Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs
Self-directed, but also able to work well in a group
Ability to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solving
Work ethic that is focused, accurate, and highly productive
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with computers
Ability to provide hard wire internet connection and a private workspace

Responsibilities

Accurately and timely dispense prescribed medication to patients
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, accurate tracking techniques, and a review process prior to shipping medications to patients
Influence department’s strategy
Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components
Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
Provide hard wire internet connection and a private workspace for work-at-home requirements
Participate in Federal prescription programs
Collaborate with others in problem solving
Work independently and as part of a team
Meet business needs and requirements, including occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings
