Ensure that projects successfully realize their value to the city of New York
Enforce remedies when contractual obligations are not met
Manage, report on, and oversee a diverse portfolio consisting of New York City Industrial Development Agency (NYCIDA) and Build NYC Resource Corporation (Build NYC) transactions
Manage, report on, and oversee NYCEDC land sales
Manage, report on, and oversee applied science projects
Manage, report on, and oversee certain loan agreements
Manage, report on, and oversee Business Incentives Rate (BIR) energy savings program
Play a critical role in the preparation of annual public disclosure reports as mandated by State and local laws
