  • Manage, report on, and oversee NYCEDC land sales
  • Manage, report on, and oversee applied science projects
  • Manage, report on, and oversee certain loan agreements
  • Manage, report on, and oversee Business Incentives Rate (BIR) energy savings program
  • Play a critical role in the preparation of annual public disclosure reports as mandated by State and local laws
