Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and have at least 8 years of experience in test engineering, with a focus on functional testing and domain expertise. Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams of Test Engineers, Test Data Managers, and Business Analysts are essential. Experience with behavior-driven development (BDD) practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

As the Domain & Functional Testing Capability Lead, you will lead and mentor teams of Test Engineers, Test Data Managers, and Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth. You will establish and maintain deep domain knowledge, developing testing strategies aligned with business requirements and ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Overseeing the development of test plans, test cases, and test data strategies, while implementing risk-based testing approaches and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will work with Business Analysts to ensure thorough requirements coverage and traceability, establish KPIs for measuring functional testing effectiveness, and provide QE oversight and management for a large US client, contributing to business development efforts and articulating our value proposition to clients.
