Responsibilities

The Document Production Specialist will produce and amend correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, and attachments from various sources, adhering to in-house style and DP systems. Responsibilities include transcribing dictation, creating and amending PowerPoint presentations, organizational charts, mail merges, and Excel spreadsheets. The role involves effectively using the DP workflow system for prioritization, proofreading documents, liaising with the DP team leader and legal PAs, managing workloads to meet deadlines, and advising clients on document formatting. Additionally, the specialist will support team members, oversee workflow duties during out-of-hours periods, manage the firm’s model form and precedent database, provide expert Word support, troubleshoot problematic documents with IT, and assist other departments as needed.
