The role requires 15+ years of experience in all aspects of Quality including Systems, Audits, Operations and Suppliers, and 10+ years leading people with increasing responsibility in prior leadership roles.
This is an on-site position with no remote work option.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline is required, with a Master’s degree (MS or MBA) strongly preferred. A Certification by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Certified Quality Manager (CQM) is desired.
Candidates must have experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment such as Aerospace, Military, Defense, Space, Automotive, Medical Device, etc., with thorough knowledge of ISO9001 and preference for AS9100 and/or IATF16949.
