Responsibilities

  • Drive successful district implementations from post-sales throughout the lifecycle of the relationship

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and capture notes, tasks, and health signals
  • Understand nuanced school district needs and navigate complex discussions
  • Devise and implement initiatives to encourage teacher and student usage
  • Identify and share account expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Khan Academy District Success team
  • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the Khan Academy Kids app and web dashboard
  • Channel voice-of-customer to Product, Content, and Engineering
  • Support curriculum and content alignment based on customer needs
