The role requires the ability to work autonomously with effective time management and prioritization skills, along with creativity, initiative, adaptability, customer orientation, and conflict resolution abilities. Relocation to or residency within the Wichita, KS and surrounding areas is mandatory.
The District Manager will administer Sales and Service Agreements with dealerships, acting as a consultant to develop and implement business plans. Responsibilities include executing marketing initiatives, customer retention strategies, financial analysis, and training. They will own district revenue, retention, and customer experience, serving as a trusted advisor to dealership leadership. The role involves driving revenue growth, achieving KPIs, and executing CCA programs and initiatives. This includes preparing for and conducting standardized dealer contacts, analyzing marketing and merchandising plans to recommend improvements, creating annual business plans, and resolving aftersales customer needs and cases.
