Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a multi-store leadership role
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to build and develop effective teams
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation skills with a focus on results
  • Strong business acumen and effective written/verbal communication skills
  • Experience in human resources and asset protection

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Store Managers to achieve and exceed business objectives
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and open communication
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain strong Store Manager talent to build a high-performing district
  • Achieve sales, profitability, and expense management goals while supporting both short- and long-term business strategies
  • Implement and uphold company processes, programs, and operational consistency across the district
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance, including conducting regular audits
  • Manage district budgets and optimize overall store performance
  • Ensure a positive, professional environment where customers, associates, and leaders feel respected and valued
  • Champion a customer-first mindset and drive consistent service standards
