Requirements

  • Proven experience in Distributor or Key Account Management, ideally within beverages, supplements, or FMCG
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing business with distributors
  • Experience working in or with the Middle East markets (Africa exposure a plus)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute, able to balance long-term growth with short-term performance delivery
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities
  • Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Manage Distributor Accounts: Oversee and strengthen distributor relationships across MEA, ensuring exceptional service and mutual growth
  • Drive Sales & Growth: Deliver sales targets, support sell-in/sell-out performance, and secure new distribution opportunities
  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to regional opportunities and consumer trends
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to execute plans, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery
  • Forecasting & Planning: Lead demand planning, forecast accuracy, and budget tracking across the region
  • Insights & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, share market insights, and present updates to the leadership team
  • Competitive Awareness: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies to stay relevant and effective
