Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a distribution or sales environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to interpret complex data and develop insightful recommendations. Experience with data analysis tools and compensation calculation methodologies is also required.
Responsibilities
The Distribution Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, calculating distributor compensation, and communicating proactively with sales divisions and distributors. They will gather documentation, meet monthly SLAs and KPI requirements, create and maintain necessary administration and documentation, and provide bill-back support to other departments. Additionally, the role involves demonstrating understanding of SOx and internal controls, supporting external units’ projects, ensuring proper information flow, and contributing to bill-back controls and procedures.
