This role involves thoroughly reviewing and analyzing customer contracts to understand product pricing and rebate structures, translating complex contract terms into actionable data within NetSuite, managing and maintaining customer pricing, rebate programs, and contract data within the ERP system, verifying the accuracy of customer invoices and credits, collaborating with Customer Success, Contracts, and Commercial Operations teams, generating and analyzing reports on customer pricing, rebates, and revenue trends, identifying and investigating variances in pricing and rebate calculations, assisting in the forecasting and budgeting processes, and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of pricing and rebate management.
