Requirements

Candidates must have extensive experience in technology and distribution sectors, specializing in software, SaaS, cloud, and collaboration over an extended period. They should possess significant experience leading distribution sales teams within the EMEA region and demonstrate success in creating effective strategies with distribution partners. Responsibilities

The Distribution Channel Account Manager will develop and execute strategies for Distributors and Master Agents to drive partner engagement and increase channel contribution. This includes developing the distributor partner strategy, managing focus partners, recruiting new partners, growing indirect sales revenue, and building business plans with focus partners. The role also involves executing sales training, providing marketing support, and tracking sales pipeline, bookings, activity, and partner engagement against quotas and KPIs.
