Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role within a distribution center or production environment
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience supervising teams of 10+ associates (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple shifts and departments (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey information clearly and concisely (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment independently (preferred)
  • Capable of responding effectively and decisively in emergency situations (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations in the distribution center receiving area
  • Oversee performance of approximately 10+ warehouse employees
  • Engage and inspire team to meet and exceed daily targets
  • Foster a high-performing, engaged team through effective leadership
  • Proactive problem-solving and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Support the Operations Manager by contributing to overall leadership and operational excellence
  • Work shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM (flexibility required as needed)
