Responsibilities

  • Architect the software capabilities of the full technology stack for CRM’s CareLink Information System
  • Define and communicate the technology vision, direction, technical roadmap, product features, architecture, and realization steps for the Information Systems platform
  • Provide well-informed recommendations with multiple options through research studies, POCs/prototypes, concept-based white papers, and validated learning
  • Serve as principal spokesperson internally on subject matter expertise, policies, plans, objectives, new technological research, and functional thought leadership
  • Ensure technical viability of quality solutions within cost, scope, schedule constraints, while maximizing progress toward vision and balancing technical debt
  • Own and drive authoring of domain-specific technical white papers and filing patents
  • Foster technical innovation culture across the organization
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability of platform/solution architecture and design
  • Collaborate with other architects and engineering teams to align business requirements with product target architecture and build engineering innovation culture
  • Evaluate and improve tools, technologies, patterns, and frameworks used in software development
  • Enable compliance with internal and external architectural, design, coding, and testing standards
  • Share software best practices, architectural principles, concepts, and define standards for consistent, maintainable code and reusable frameworks
  • Serve as technical voice for the team
