Capability to author domain-specific technical white papers and file patents
Experience fostering technical innovation culture
Skills in building scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
Ability to collaborate with architects and engineering teams across organizations
Expertise in evaluating and improving tools, technologies, patterns, and frameworks
Knowledge of internal and external architectural, design, coding, and testing standards
Proficiency in sharing software best practices, architectural principles, and defining standards

Responsibilities

Architect the software capabilities of the full technology stack for CRM’s CareLink Information System
Define and communicate the technology vision, direction, technical roadmap, product features, architecture, and realization steps for the Information Systems platform
Provide well-informed recommendations with multiple options through research studies, POCs/prototypes, concept-based white papers, and validated learning
Serve as principal spokesperson internally on subject matter expertise, policies, plans, objectives, new technological research, and functional thought leadership
Ensure technical viability of quality solutions within cost, scope, schedule constraints, while maximizing progress toward vision and balancing technical debt
Own and drive authoring of domain-specific technical white papers and filing patents
Foster technical innovation culture across the organization
Demonstrate ownership and accountability of platform/solution architecture and design
Collaborate with other architects and engineering teams to align business requirements with product target architecture and build engineering innovation culture
Evaluate and improve tools, technologies, patterns, and frameworks used in software development
Enable compliance with internal and external architectural, design, coding, and testing standards
Share software best practices, architectural principles, concepts, and define standards for consistent, maintainable code and reusable frameworks
Serve as technical voice for the team
