Responsibilities

The District Pharmacy Coordinator (DPC) is responsible for setting and maintaining pharmacist schedules across the district, including creating templates, scheduling DSPs, managing vacation coverage, and ensuring staffing contingency plans are in place. They will also serve as a timekeeping administrator for market pharmacists, execute base changes as directed by the Pharmacy District Leader, track and monitor vacation requests, manage pay code balances, and support administrative activities related to the compliant and effective functioning of market pharmacies, including partnering with the Rx DL to address PIC/POA registrations and escalate operational issues.
