Responsibilities

The Disputes Analyst will investigate, resolve, and track complex customer billing disputes, ensuring high-quality customer service. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, account management, and customers to provide timely and accurate resolutions, thereby maintaining customer trust and protecting company revenue. Responsibilities include researching and validating customer disputes, gathering information from internal departments, partnering with the collections team to identify trends, and reporting dispute types to account management. The analyst will also issue credits when approved, communicate resolutions to customers, provide status updates, review customer contracts, and manage disputes within the ticketing system.
